How it works

Who We Are

The Tee Shirt Store Fundraising Program is designed to help individuals and organizations take donations through tee shirt sales without any costs or risks. Simply identify your cause or community need, customize your product, decide on a selling price and funds you need to raise then launch your campaign to share your story. We print and ship directly to your supporters and send you the funds you’ve raised.

How It Works

Identify your cause

Identify a cause or need you would like to bring awareness to and raise funds for.

Select a Product and Create a Design

Select a blank production from our thousands of choices of apparel and upload the design to the garment. If you do not have a design, use our system to create your own design from scratch or chose from one of our designs and customize it.

Decide on Selling Price

Decided on a selling price for your decorated product which is directly related to the amount of money you are trying to raise. As you adjust the cost of your item and number you would like to sell, the system will automatically adjust so you can preview the amount you will receive if your entire goal is met. You are still paid for what is sold even if you fall short of that goal.

Tell Your Story & Launch

Tell the public your story and why you are bringing awareness and need support for this cause then launch your campaign. Campaigns are given their own one page website and remain active for up to 90 days. There is no limit to the number of campaign you may run and there is no cost to you.

We Print & Ship

The Tee Shirt Store is responsible for the printing and shipping of all orders received from your campaign supporters, which is done in-house at one of printing facilities located in Los Angeles, Chicago, Atlanta or New York. Depending on where your customer is ordering from, we will assign the closest facility to complete the job to decrease the wait time in your supporter receiving their purchased item.

You Receive Payment

Some campaigns may last 10 days or up to 90. In the shorter campaigns, payments are disbursed at the end of the campaign via direct deposit or by mailed hard check. For the longer campaigns, we are aware that that may be a need to collect some funds to help with an immediate need. In the cases where campaigns have a longer run time, funds are disbursed on the 1st and 15th of each month.
